The practice of photography has sharpened my sense of observation for about thirty years. It has led me to question time, life, and motif.
These are the questions that drive my pictorial research. In turn, the practice of painting has changed my way of photographing and observing.
The collection of images that will feed into my pictorial compositions is quite different from pure photographic work. One does not go without the other, and I still enjoy taking photographs.
